Today is a fun day... 1st lesson,PE...we learnt moi-Thai(if my spelling is not wrong),basically is Thai boxing...Accidentally kicked Xueer...SORRY XUEER!!! After that is chinese lesson,Ming sheng and i keep crapping like hell,keeping saying Eng Hwee that she is a meatball,then make her super fed up...Then the next lesson is mathematics lecture and tutorial,I was like asking Mr Oun whether i can take H3 maths(In the past,they call it C Maths), then he say must see my daily work 1st...that means i gt a chance!!!^^ So happy...Because the criteria i saw last time is getting A for every maths test which i did not get...After maths tutorial is a 1.5hrs break to Economics tutorial...Went Northpoint to eat with Syafiee,Xueer,Ibrahim,Hussnien,Ash and Ricky...And for Economics lesson, we got a small quiz...And my group won, and the prize is..............A small packet of co-co-crunch...^^...At least it is better than the prize given in the GP lecture which give a bottle of mineral water...XD...AND I CAN FINALLY WENT HOME STRAIGHT AFTER SCHOOL!!!
And now for CSS(cheeweesharingsession), i am going to share about types of leadership skills...There is 4 types of leadership qualities...Dominant, Influencer, Steady, Conscientious(DISC)...D type(3%) people are those what i call ignorant type...No matter what,the result is the most important to them...An example is Hitler...For the I type(19%),they are good at socialising,meaning influencing people with speech...An example is Gandhi(if you know who he is)... The 3rd type is the S type,they consist of the majority(61%)they are those who are super steady...They accept no matter almost anything...But quite resistant to change...That is why when the government implement the ERP, they did not do it in 1 shot...They slowly implement into the system so the majority would not object...And the last type is the C type(17%), they are those super "kiasu" type...In a group,they are most likely to be the questioner...I am the I and S type...more of Influencing...For an example,Your wife is expecting in other country and you are queuing for a ticket in the airport...For D type people,they will force their way through without explaining...and for I type people,they will try to explain that they need the ticket alot and ask if he could queue in front...For those S type people,they will be the one queueing...And lastly C type people,they will never be in the queue as they have already expected it and bought the ticket earlier!!!!
